• Bookings require a non-refundable advance payment to confirm your date.
• Balance amount must be cleared before final delivery of your project.
• Delays in payment may result in delivery delays.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made within 7 days of your shoot may be chargeable.
• Advance payment is non-refundable in case of client-side cancellation.
• Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and may incur an additional fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Sharing accurate event schedules and locations
• Securing permissions for locations (if required)
• Ensuring timely communication with our team

Stilkraft Studios is not responsible for missed moments due to misinformation or inaccessible venues.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content created by Stilkraft Studios remains our intellectual property.
• You receive a personal license to use your content (non-commercial).
• Commercial use, reproduction, or sale of images/videos requires our written permission.

8. Portfolio Usage

Unless otherwise requested in writing, we may use select images or clips from your shoot for our:

• Website
• Social media
• Portfolio
• Promotional material

This helps us showcase our work to future clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stilkraft Studios will not be held liable for:

• Unexpected technical issues
• Force majeure (e.g., weather, natural disasters)
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

We always strive to provide the best possible outcome within the agreed terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
